1. Abralife app
These terms of use describe the rights and obligations you have as a user of the Abralife mobile application ("Abralife app"). The terms of use are in addition to the terms for each subscription, product or service.
Fell Connect AS supplies the Abralife app and is your contracting party in connection with the use of the Abralife App and the purchase of the available products, services and subscriptions (referred to as "we" or "us" in the text below).
2. User account
To access subscriptions and services in the Abralife app, or information about subscriptions you already have access to, you must create a user account. When creating a user profile, you must provide your name, mobile phone number and address. We will use your mobile phone number and address to check if you are already using one of our Subscriptions or Services. In that case, we will use your existing user ID and link Abralife to this in your user account. We will also ask for your email address for identification purposes and to send you information about updates etc. We will not send marketing material to your email address unless we have your consent..
To create a user account, you must be over 15 years of age and accept these terms of use.
You can terminate your user account by going to "My user" and selecting "Delete my user". Your user account will then be deleted immediately. Deleting a user account does not mean that your subscriptions are terminated. The conditions for termination of subscriptions are regulated in the end user agreement terms. The subscription terms also contain information about your right of withdrawal.
3. Intellectual property rights
Intellectual property rights to the content of Abralife.
All content in the Abralife App, apart from your personal data, is owned by us and is protected by intellectual property rights. There is no transfer of rights from us to you as a user of the Abralife app or associated services.
4. Privacy
In order to manage your user account, we must manage certain information about you. See our privacy policy for more information on how we manage your personal data and your rights.
5. Changes
We reserve the right to make changes to the Abralife app i.a. to meet new needs and develop our services. This can be changes to the terms of use, the terms of sale, or the privacy policy, as well as the content of our products, subscriptions and services.
If it becomes necessary to obtain new consent from you in connection with the changes, you will be asked, before the changes become available.
6. Transfer of rights
We reserve the right to fully or partially transfer our rights and/or obligations under the terms of use for the Abralife App to another company.
7. Responsibility
We are responsible for all information and data being correct, given that you have provided correct personal information. However, terms are subject to misprints, technical failures, outages and similar unforeseen events.
8. Misuse
We reserves the right to change or delete your user account, change the content and/or deny individuals access to the Abralife app if there are factual reasons for this.
Before we possibly make changes or delete a user account, access to the relevant user account will be temporarily blocked. If the user account is deleted due to misuse, you may be refused to create a new user account.
9. Disputes
These terms of use are governed by Norwegian law. Any disputes related to the terms of use, and which the parties do not resolve in dialogue, shall be settled by Norwegian courts.
