Using your right of withdrawal

You are allowed to change your mind!

If you have purchased online, you have in the whole EEC, the right to cancel your purchase/order, even if you have already paid.

The right to withdraw must be excercised within 14 days (2 weeks) from the order date or the agreement date, and there is no need for explanation. To exercise this right, you must inform us in an unambiguous manner about your decision to withdraw from the agreement.

Attached to your order confirmation, you should have received a withdrawal form as a pdf. It is up to you to use the attached form, but it is not mandatory.

You can also easily make use of the right of withdrawal by filling in our web form (see link below). If you use this option, we will immediately send you a receipt on a permanent medium (e-mail). In order to comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the message that you want to use the right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

Return of goods and right of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this agreement, we shall refund all payments we have received from you, including:
the delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs as a result of you having chosen a different type
delivery than the cheapest type of standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and in all cases
no later than 14 days after the day we receive notification of your decision to withdraw from this agreement. We make the repayment with the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise with us. In any case, you will not be imposed any fee as a result of the repayment.

We can withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or until you have presented the
documentation that the goods have been sent back, or to whichever of these times occurs first. You
must return the goods or deliver them to us, without undue delay, and in any case no later than 14 days after the day you notified us that you wanted to withdraw from the agreement. The deadline is met if you return the goods before the deadline of 14 days has expired.

You must bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods due to different handling
the goods than is necessary to determine their nature, characteristics and function.
