If you can find Linkbox+ in the app, but are not allowed to connect it to your home in the app, it means that Linkbox+ is already connected to another home. This could be because, for example, the plumber, during installation, has "claimed" the system by mistake.
In such cases, please contact customer service for assistance!
Remember to have the serial number of your Linkbox ready, you can find this in the app, or physically on the back of the product.
