How can I be sure my water leakage protection is operational?

In addition, the Abralife app will provide warning and information about the system status. You can also click on the "water leak" tile in the overview section of the app:

Functional test

You can also perform a functional system test to ensure that everything is working as normal. This test must be performed minimum once pr. year to ensure a functional system
