If you experience that the wireless sensor disconnects or does not behave as it should, a software update can solve the problem. Follow the instructions below before you contact customer service.
Start by checking which firmware the wireless sensor has. If it has a lower version than 2.136.8, it must be updated. If the sensor has a newer version, contact customer service for further assistance.
You can check which firmware the wireless sensor has by opening the Abralife app → water protection → scroll down to the water sensor overview and tap on the wireless sensor in question → tap the 3 dots in the top right corner and then "Details".
1. If there is a lower version than 2.136.8, press "Update"
2. Make sure to be near the wireless sensor to be updated, and don't lock your phone or exit the app during update, then press once the physical button on the wireless sensor also tap "Update" in the app. (The update may take up to 20 minutes)
3. When the update is complete, you will receive confirmation in the app, press "Done"
4. Now check that the "Firmware version" has been updated.
5. If the sensor is still shown as "disconnected", you must delete and add the sensor again.
Go to the selected sensor and press the 3 dots in the top right corner and then "Details". Here you can then select the "trash bin" icon to delete the sensor.
