Demand Response Status
You can find your Demand Response status by navigating to the Demand Response page in the app. Here’s how to do it:
- Tap on Menu.
- Select Home.
- Go to Cloud Connections.
- Select Demand Response.
The Demand Response status indicates whether you are enrolled in Demand Response or not, and if you have the option to enroll. Here is what the different statuses mean:
Enrolled: You are already enrolled in Demand Response.
Eligible: You have the option to enroll in Demand Response. If you are eligible, you can enroll by tapping the button on the Demand Response page. After tapping the button, your status will change to "Enrolled," and you will have activated Demand Response.
May Become Eligible in the Future: You cannot enroll in Demand Response at this time, but it may become possible in the future.
Receive Compensation
To receive compensation, you must register your meter ID. You can do this by tapping "Set up" at the bottom of the Demand Response page. Then follow the instructions in the app. If you encounter any problems, see the article: "How do I get started with power monitoring in the Abralife app?"
Demand Response Routines
You can see when we control your device on the Routines page in the app. You can find the Routines page by tapping "Routines" in the toolbar at the bottom of the screen, marked with 4 in the image below. Here, you can see the time and day a Demand Response routine will be executed. Note that Demand Response routines appear on the Routines page one day before they are scheduled to be executed. Demand Response routines also show which device the routines will be executed on, marked with 2 and 3 in the image below.
It is possible to deactivate a routine and ensure it is not executed by tapping the activate/deactivate routine button marked with 1 in the image below. You can also activate a Demand Response routine again by tapping the activate/deactivate button once more.
