To connect your home to the alarm station, you must first activate this function. This article provides a detailed guide on how to activate and use the Alarm Station functionality in Abralife.
To utilize the Alarm Station functionality in Abralife, you need the Abra Trygg+ subscription.

You can also check if you have access to the alarm station in the app by navigating to the home details page. You do this in the following way:
Click on 'Menu', located in the bottom right corner:
Select 'Home', at the top of the menu that has now appeared:
If 'Alarm Station' appears in gray (as shown in picture 1), it means that the alarm station functionality is not included in your current subscription. If 'Alarm Station' is in a different color (as shown in picture 2), you have access to the Alarm Station through your subscription:
Activate Alarm station
To activate the Alarm Station, you must navigate to the Home Details page, as described above. Activate the Alarm Station by pressing the button on the right:
If the button changes both color and position, this is confirmation that the Alarm Station has been activated:
If you experience that the Alarm Station is not activated, it is due to missing address information and/or that your user account lacks a phone number. When you attempt to activate the Alarm Station through the app, it will inform you about what data is missing for successful activation.
Missing Phone Number
To activate the Alarm Station, your user account must have a phone number. You can add it in the following way:
Press 'Menu', located in the bottom right corner:
Select 'My Account':
Click the pencil icon in the upper right corner:
Fill in your phone number and then press the 'Save' button in the upper right corner:
Missing Address Information
You must have a valid address to activate the Alarm Station, and if your residence is an apartment, it must have an 'h-number.' You can update your address information in the following way:
Navigate to the 'Home Details' page in the app, and press the three dots in the upper right corner of the screen:
Click 'Edit Home':
Fill in the Street Name, Street Address, Postal Code, and Country. If your residence is an apartment, also fill in the h-number. Then click 'Save' in the upper right corner:
Alarm Station Contacts
Alarm Station Contacts are the people who will be contacted by the alarm station in case a fire alarm is triggered. You can have up to four such contacts, and at least one contact is mandatory. Each contact is assigned a priority from 1 to 4, which determines the order in which they will be contacted.
Prioritization: The Alarm Station will first try to contact the person with priority 1. If the first contact does not answer, the alarm station will move on to the contact with priority 2, and so on.
Assigning Priority: The priority is determined by the order in which the contacts are added to the system. The first contact you add will have priority 1, the next will have priority 2, etc.
Changing Priority: If a contact is deleted, the remaining contacts with lower priority will move up one place. For example, if you delete the contact with priority 2, the contact who previously had priority 3 will now have priority 2.
Automatic Assignment: When the Alarm Station is activated, your user account is automatically set as an alarm station contact with priority 1.
This system ensures that the right person is contacted in an emergency situation, in the most effective order.
Adding, Editing, and Deleting Alarm Station Contacts
To find your alarm station contacts, navigate to the 'Members & emergency contacts' page and look for the tab labeled 'Alarm Station Contacts.' You can find this page in the following way:
Navigate to the 'Home Details' page and click 'Members & emergency contacts':
Click 'Alarm Station Contacts' in the upper right corner.
On the 'Alarm Station Contact' page, you will find an overview of all your contacts, sorted by their assigned priority. The contact with priority 1 will appear at the top of the list:
You can add a new contact by clicking the person icon in the upper right corner, and selecting 'Alarm Station Contact' from the menu:
An Alarm Station Contact must contain a first name, last name, and a phone number. After you have filled in this information, click 'Add Alarm Station Contact' to save the new contact:
To edit or delete an existing contact, click the three dots that are located to the right of the contact's name in the list. If you only have one alarm station contact in the list, it will not be possible to either edit or delete that contact:
Then select the desired action from the menu:
