Installer organizations in the Abralife-app

This article explains how installer organizations work in the Abralife app. Each organization has an owner who can manage it through the app. The owner has an overview of all members and can easily add and remove installers from the organization.

If you are an installer who is a member of an installer organization, the name of the organization will be displayed on the installer dashboard.

Projects

If you are a member of an installer organization, you have access to all the projects within the organization on the installer dashboard. The projects are categorized into Ongoing and Complete projects.

• Ongoing projects: These are projects that are still in progress. You can view these projects by tapping on the "Ongoing" button.
• Complete projects: These are projects that have been finished. You can view these projects by tapping on the "Complete" button.

Projects are completed by tapping on the "Complete Project" button on the project page. When a project is marked as completed in the app, it will also be marked as completed in the Abra installer portal.

A completed project can be reopened by tapping on the "Reopen Project" button on the project page. It will then be reopened in the Abra installer portal.

Organization Owner

If you are an organization owner, you can add and remove installers from the organization in the Abralife app. You can find a list of all installers in the organization by tapping on the gear icon in the top right corner of the installer dashboard, and then selecting "Manage Organization."

To add an installer, tap on the plus sign in the top right corner and then enter the email address of the installer you wish to add.

Note that installers you add to the organization must have an installer account in the Abralife app, and they cannot be members of another installer organization.

To remove an installer from the organization, tap on the three dots to the right of the installer you wish to remove, and then tap on "Remove Installer." Note that it is not possible to remove the organization owner.
