If you do not have an active, paid subscription and you want to move the system from one user account to another, you can follow this procedure:
- Delete the home to which the system is linked (In the app, click Menu->Home. Then click on the three dots on the top right and then "Delete home"
- If you wish to delete the old user account, send an email to customer service (email@example.com) with a request to delete the account.
- Restart the app and click "get started" to create a new account and a new home.
- Connect to Linkbox (and any other connected equipment)
- Verify the new account and set password on receipt of welcome email
If you have an active, payable subscription, you cannot change your account without further ado, as this is linked to a payment method etc. In this case, contact customer service for assistance.
