I forgot my password and I am not able to log into Abra Store. What do I do?

Open the Abralife app (if you do not have this installed, you can download it from the App Store or Google Play).

• If you are already logged in to the app, click Menu->My account->Password and click on "Forgot password".
• If you are not logged in to the app, click "Log in". Then enter your e-mail address and click "Forgot password"

You will then receive an email with the option to set a new password.
