I have a subscription with a termination fee. Can I change to a different subscription?

You can't change to a Freemium subscription without triggering the termination fee.

If you have Total+ and want to change to Total Safe+, log in to Abra Store and order the Safe+ add-on subscription.

If you have Total Safe+ and want to downgrade to Total+, contact customer support for assistance and clarification.
